Developing Body-Based Awareness and Self-Regulation Tools for Community Wellbeing

Program Objectives

This project aims to design and deliver a structured Energy Awareness and Regulation program that supports participants in developing deeper awareness of their internal states, including sensations, emotions, and patterns of activation within the body. The program introduces practical tools that help individuals regulate stress, restore balance, and enhance overall wellbeing through body-based and attention-based practices.

Rather than positioning energy as a conceptual or abstract idea, the program focuses on felt experience drawing from somatic practices, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation approaches, hypnosis, energy healing, PsychK, NLP, and diet. Participants will learn how to recognize shifts in their internal state and apply simple techniques to support grounding, release, and emotional balance.

Delivered through structured group sessions, the program emphasizes experiential learning, reflection, and consistency. Through this initiative, Kayan aims to make self-regulation tools accessible in a practical and culturally adaptable way, supporting individuals in managing stress and improving their connection to their bodies and physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as supporting others in their journey for balancing their energy.
